All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You have the following options to choose from at checkout:
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (90% of packages are delivered in 3 days or less)
USPS First Class Package: 2-5 business days
Currently, we ship only to customers in the United States.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To make an exchange, follow the steps for a return then place another order for the items you would like in exchange.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Note that the cost of shipping the returned items will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Yes! Both the package and garment bag your clothing is shipped in are certified home-compostable, meaning they can go into your compost bin or be composted through a commercial composter.
